I can see you are very interested in the Paleo Diet. I had my own struggles in getting started trying a variety of diets before finally realizing the power of Paleo. Hop on to this Paleo lifestyle with full faith and you will not regret your decision, your body and family will thank you for it.
You are also very smart in looking for a correct way to start your new paleo lifestyle. I shall help you out in that by keeping things quick and simple, just 5 steps to be precise.
Follow these five easy steps and you’ll be on your way to a healthy and energetic you in just a few days’ time!
My paleo journey began after I had been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease a few years back. I realized that I needed to make dietary changes to end my suffering. I removed grains, lactose, and legumes from my diet, and started noticing great changes in my health. I managed to get the entire family on to this healthy diet and finally I had the energy to play with my 2 kids after the few years of fatigue. My goal is to help others suffering from similar ailments and also looking for a clean and healthy eating routine to continue to enjoy food. I love healthy food, and equally love creating books and articles to help others suffering from all types of diseases, allergies or just want to eat healthy. My plan is to make my blog a one stop shop for all your paleo, wellness, health, recipes and technology needs. I look forward to serve you.
Step # 1 –> Clean out your Kitchen
I am sure you are very motivated to get cracking at this new awesome Paleo lifestyle that will be yours shortly, but relying purely on self-control and will power can be dangerous at times. So a first step we shall clean out the kitchen and make sure we do not have within our nearby reach tempting / junk ( non- paleo ) foods,
I have items listed some items below, please make sure that they are out of your home once and for all,
• Bread
• Rice
• Pasta
• Cookies
• Crackers
• Puddings
• Ice cream
• Waffles
• Juice
• Sodas
• Cereals
• Oatmeal
• Artificial sweeteners
• Yogurt
You can take this opportunity to do some charity work by donating items to a nearby shelter, let’s be honest there will still be people eating non-paleo diet so rather than waste your edible items, we can make other non-paleo folks happy by donating your food and also get yourself and family pumped up for the Paleo Lifestyle the best way possible.
Step # 2 –> Shop for the Right Foods
Now that you have cleaned out the pantry, it is time to shop healthy.
I have broken down your shopping list to make it easy for you categorize,
Ideally you are going to buy grass-fed or wild caught meat. If not please make sure you go the regular meat route and please do not gulp donuts on the way.

• Land : Pork, beef, lamb, good quality bacon
• Sea: Fishes, shrimp, crab etc.
